Sponsored by the Winchester Cultural Council, artists have been beautifying town by painting their unique designs on designated utility boxes in Winchester. The art has enlivened the community in general and the specific neighborhoods where the boxes are located. Several utility boxes have been painted across town with more designated as future sites to be painted as funding permits.
